I am very happy with the work done by this company. I had them tare down my old deck and build a new one. They were competitive with their quote, one of the best offers I received. The crew that worked the job were very friendly and they completed it all within a week. I highly recommend Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors.

We used them to remove an old wood deck 6 years ago and replace it with a poly one. We like it so much we had them come back and replace the deck off of our master bedroom. Their work is top notch and they were professional in every aspect.

After meeting with several companies for our deck project, we came across Intelligent Roofing & Exteriors because of their excellent reviews and I'm so glad we did. The team took care of everything, from getting designs, permits to ensuring our deck cleared inspections before and after construction. He listened to my vision & brought it to life with precision & creativity. Throughout the entire process, this deck building project was seamless & an absolute triumph. Mike, Mary, Adam & Matt were very timely, responsive and professional. The deck crew: Josh, Donald & Jacoby, are incredibly detail-oriented, professional, punctual & they couldn?t have been nicer to work with! The craftsmanship is second to none?every board is perfectly aligned, the finishes are flawless, & the overall design blends so well with my home. The added features?like stair lights, bar rail, & sleek railings?elevate the entire experience. I received the bid and I found it to be reasonable for a new balcony deck compared with others. Josh and Jacoby were the crew. The gentlemen were very nice, professional and worked very hard! They had the deck completed in 4 days, cleaned up thoroughly and were finished. The people in the office were a pleasure to work with, including Mary, Mike and Adam. I was most pleased with the services that were provided by Intelligent Roofing!

Requested a roof inspection on a Sunday morning, By that afternoon I got a phone call and set up appointment. Mike and Matt came to the house, looked over the roof them we sat down and went over the insurance estimate line by line. Mike answered everyone of my questions. I booked our roof with Intelligent Roofing. After you sign with them you get a call from Mary she is great. Mary explains everything and how they work. She keeps you informed about the project. We even got our roof done two days ahead of schedule. The crew was great, they keep the yard very clean during the install. Have yet to find a nail or any trash. Matt came by a couple days after completion of the roof. Everything was good. Final payment was made and insurance company called and everything was complete and my check for code updates is on its way. We plan on a siding project with Mike and Matt.
