By-the-book and right the first time is the attitude she presented with customer service their highest priority. She was very honest and forthright. She went into my attic and took pictures of the problems so I could see for myself. She also pointed out issues that were not done correctly during home construction and said those would also be resolved. The price was higher than others, but to have pace of mind as a single female and to know it is done correctly is priceless. Can't wait for the job to start!"
