Rubicon was recommended by word of mouth. I got 5 bids for my new roof and Dennis beat even an off-book offer without knowing about it. He uses superior quality material with better warranty, is a friendly and no-nonsense guy -was like talking to a brother. I've had shady contractors I felt I needed to monitor through a project, but his crew is exemplary. They are kind, careful, and efficient. And boy, he had a CREW! Materials were delivered one day and the new roof was done the next. Dennis worked right alongside them. Except for the wonderful new roof, I can't tell they were here. No joke. They laid tarp all around the perimeter and used a magnet roller to pick up any strays. Meticulous! It is a relief to know I can stop checking my ceiling whenever it rains! You won't be disappointed.

They were very professional, and explain what wood sheets needed to be replaced, while showing how thin the old wood was that the last company used. They cleaned up everything nothing but happiness 😊 from the wife and I.

We knew we would need some plywood replaced, and he included extra sheets in the bid with anymore needed at a reasonable price. We received estimates from 5 different companies, and we chose Dennis because his bid was reasonable but mostly because we felt his honesty and integrity. A good person doing quality work. That meant the most to us. We recommend him completely.

We hired Rubicon to change out our roof. We obtained 6 quotes from other companies and spoke to them about all the options but ultimately went with Rubicon. We're glad we went with them. They showed up when they said they would throughout the process and were fast and professional. The job was done very quickly and Dennis was communicative with us on every step and explained things that needed to be done, and things that didn't need to be done (that other companies had added to their quotes). Dennis arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the importance of cleaning the roof before the inspection and returned promptly to complete the job. Following the roof inspection, Dennis swiftly provided a detailed report of his findings. This report included recommendations for repairs and maintenance. His professionalism extended to the prompt issuance of a certificate, validating the roofs condition and compliance.

I sent in an inquiry for service after noticing a small leak in my ceiling. Dennis responded quickly and was able to arrange a same day inspection. While the work would be considered a small job, it was a huge point of stress for me. He was able to do a same day repair, provided me with a quote I felt was extremely reasonable, and gave me options and recommendations for how to fix the immediate and long term problems. This company is respectful, honest, and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again in the future and will gladly refer them to others, too.

The owner quickly was able to fix a leak for us. After assessing our roof with the owner of the company we determined the roof needed to be replaced along with several sheets of plywood under the roofing. When the work started we learned that more than several sheets of roofing needed to be replaced. Twenty-six sheets were needed. We were not charged for the extra labor, just the material costs. The entire project was over 2000 square feet. It was accomplished in one day by the crew. The clean up went very well, with one of the workers jumping a fence to get material that got away. I had the key to the fence, and let him out when I realized what was going on. Bottom line: Dennis was easy to work with. He was informative, giving us options, and completed the job on our schedule.
