Our five-year-old roof developed a major leak (gallons of water pouring into the garage), so we contacted Ibex. At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction.

May not be the cheapest, but when it comes to quality they are the best! Everything about Ibex is first-class. You'll love the five star roof you end up with. I actually enjoyed doing business with them. Do yourself a favor and include them as one of the roofers you get bids from. Most likely you'll wind up having them roof your home.

IBEX might not be the cheapest in the short term, but their 20 year transferrable warranty and guaranteed price made them the choice for me. They checked in every step of the way to make sure we were happy with process.

Choosing IBEX to replace my roof was the right one for me. Working with Kyle, Johnny and their crew has been top notch and very professional from the beginning. I wanted to replace two old skylights and Johnny went out of his way to see that the new ones were exactly what I wanted. Everything from the first bid to the work itself was explained very clearly and in a timely manner. I didn't feel pressured at all! I would recommend IBEX to anybody who's looking for a roofing contractor. They were great!

Every interaction we've had with Ibex Roof has been professional. Nanda provided our initial estimate and explained what we needed and provided suggestions as well as financial options. We signed up for their service that day. They kept us informed as to the schedule and timeline. They arrived when they said they would. Cesar did the initial work. He was efficient and explained each step he would take to remove old items from our roof, repair old vent seals, and prepped the de-mossing of our roof. His customer service was fantastic. We will not hesitate in hiring Ibex in the future should we need additional roof work.

The project was finished on time. Only one issue that they will be coming back to complete. I was very happy with dealing with sales rep and other staff that I dealt with on the telephone and on the walk through for the project and they are coming back to complete the issues I had. The roof looks great.
