Technician was prompt, professional, personable, and most importantly thorough! I was particulary pleased that once done with the power washing and application of treatment to inhibit further moss on the roof, the technician was careful to go around the home to clean up the considerable "splatter" that resulted from the power wash.

They did a good job cleaning my roof. I did not give them 5 stars because they missed a spot on the cleanup and I had to call back twice to get someone out to finish the cleanup.

Spoke with Sean to get an idea on what he would do to clean the roof. I voiced my concerns that there were signs of improper cleaning and he assured me the work they were doing was safe and that they would not damage my roof any further. They got all of the moss off of my roof- they did exactly what they said they would do. Would use again.

They contacted me quickly dropping off a quote at my front door, emailing me and by phone message. I scheduled cleaning for the next week. One young man arrived on time, very polite and eager to begin the work. He worked straight through the 4 hours he said it would take. He cleaned the walkways to the doors and around the house from all the pine debris sprayed down from the roof. Roof looks like new!!

I am very disappointed and regret having hired this company. The guy that came to do the job was a hour late then proceeded to power wash the roof. I told him my roof was new(3years old) and asked twice what water pressure he would use on the roof and couldn't give me an answer, but told me he would do a good job. I was very upset that he seemed to rush through the process with high water pressure method. My husband and I told him a couple of times we were concerned about the pressure he was using but he didn't understand the language. I am hoping my new roof will still have 20 years left on it after this. I will check it as soon as I can.
