I plan to sell my home. I knew I needed to reroof, but wanted a complete pitcture of any and all other things which needed attention for health and safety, or functionality, as well as what was mandatory because of code and what was optional at the moment. That's what I got. Some parts of the inspection report were a little different from what I recalled discussing with the inspector, but I am very pleased with the thoroughness of the report and am using it as a guide to prioritize repairs and updates prior to listing my home.
