We had a great experience. Showed up on time, cleaned up after they were done and were communicative throughout the process. The estimate ended up being the price we paid at the end, which was great. We will be using them again for future projects.

Customer service was great, the job was done in an efficient manner.

Trinity has done nothing but mislead and not communicate with me. Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month.

They give me all the information I needed to get the job done. We proceeded with the plan. And it was done within a week. Amazing service.

Right on time- new roof completed in just a few days- and great cleanup afterwards.

Josh did an amazing job our roof had been leaking we got in touch with trinity roofing and they came out the very next day and fix the leak and the repair came with a labor warranty! Thanks Josh and his team!

The process started off well. We scheduled a date for a review of the work to be done. I was given the cost of that repair which I agreed to. When they did the review they informed me that that was "soft" spots in the roof that needed to be repaired. He showed me pictures from his phone of the soft spots. a price was quoted and I agreed to that service. At that time I was told I would get pictures of the work done because it was on top of the roof. I agreed to the price that was quoted after I reviewed the estimate that was sent to me. At the conclusion of the service I reminded the provider that I had not received the pictures of the repairs that was completed and that some of their supplies were left at my home. He stated he would send me the pictures and come pick up the supplies. He was paid as agreed. After the holidays I did not hear from him so I contacted him again and received a notice that the phone number I had been using to communicate with Josh was inactive at this time. I tried sending a text message and received the same response. I then called the number listed on the website and spoke to a woman who confirmed that Josh did work for the company and would get in touch with me with the hour. To date I have not hear from the company.
