"I saw some material around my basement window that I was concerned was mold. I called Jim and he came out the next day. It turned out that the material around the window was overspray from the waterproof material that they spray around the foundation of the house. While Jim was in the basement I pointed out some other areas of concern I had. He worked with me on getting the air tested and doing some spot testing. It turned out that the spots weren't anything to be concerned about, which I was obviously very happy about! I appreciated Jim's honesty about the results of the testing and concern for finding the right solution for me. He could have preyed on my fears and told me I had a problem when I didn't, but he isn't like that. I will be calling Jim in the future to do mold testing on any home I'm thinking of purchasing and Heaven forbid I ever do have a mold problem I will be calling Jim and his team to take care of it!"
