I didn't realize that the natural limestone tile I purchased was going to be very challenging to install due to significant variations in thickness, texture, size, and squareness. Nick took as much time as necessary to get a result that he was happy with and checked with me all along the way to make sure his decisions lined up with my expectations, which they consistently did. He worked straight through on my job rather than running from one job to another and I could tell he was focused the whole time, and I'm very happy with the results. "Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair. I would highly recommend Jake and Bramlet Home improvement to anyone. We will definitely be using him exclusively in the future."
