"Living Designs built our retaining wall, established new garden beds/edging and turfed our yard. Jeff, Tyler, and their team were professional, timely, and flexible. One of the benefits in using a small business is access to those in charge and removing red tape that larger companies have. Dealing directly with Tyler and Jeff made "gotchas" in project seamless to navigate and changes (at our request) just as easy to price out and execute quickly. craftsmanship and quality in our wall was noticed by many in the neighborhood. "Almost two years ago I hired All Universal Construction to finish a basement complete with two bedrooms with egress windows, a large bathroom and a laundry room. In the bathroom shower enclosure a few days ago I noticed there were some tiles falling of the wall! As you can imagine I was pretty upset to see this. I immediately called Owner Mike at All Universal. He was at my house within hours to check out the problem! Unfortunately the warranty had expired and in order to have it repaired it was going to cost a little. I decided I wanted to completely change out the tile which was going to be a NEW job and of course additional cost, which I was ok with. Owner Mike then tells me he would cover the cost of the labor and even the new waterproof wallboard that would be required if I just purchased the new tile. Wow! I was shocked! How often does that happen? After a couple days I have a brand new shower enclosure. Looks amazing! Let me just say that it was a pleasure working with Owner Mike and his crew. Absolutely a top notch group of people! From start to finish I was very impressed. A big thank you to All Universal Construction!"

After researching several companies, we contacted Champion Windows of Denver. They sent Joe B. and Joe C. to our house to tell us about their products. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable. After a few short weeks, our new sliding glass door was ready to be installed. The installation crew was professional, polite, and experienced. The installation was completed in less than two hours! We are very happy with our new Champion Windows sliding glass door. Got Windows? Then you MUST call Champion Window! "After meeting many contractors (think about 10) Richlynn Construction was the only one I felt had the confidence and skillset to accomplish our vision. Rich (the owner) is a charismatic guy, but in a good way as to where you feel comfortable allowing him to tear apart your house and put it back better. Rich was also able to keep the entire project within our budget. At the end we actually saved a few thousand thanks to Rich. Rich said we should expect a 4 month turn around for a full basement finish: with a full bath, full sized bedroom with a walk in closet and a theater. Upstairs: a shower remodel, expansion of our master closet, to redesign our kitchen completely, change out 81 lights from piss yellow to daylight, and add a romantic fireplace in our master. All that in 4 months... so we went with him. I will say, we started in December, when Rich goes to AZ (Dec-April) escape the cold, we were a bit hesitant, but it all felt right. Communication from Rich is always great, he responds quickly and timely, communication throughout the project was what we needed most and Rich delivered. Any hiccups that occurred, even from afar Rich was able to easily handle without causing any delays. The basement team, flawless work. They came in time and did what they were supposed to do without any issues. They had a complete understanding of what we wanted during our 1st meeting. The guys that did our entire 1st and 2nd floors, just wow.. Jose and Ruben, these guys are artists. They alone did everything else but the basement... in 3 months everything was completed, they had a team come in and do a post construction cleanup. When the house was turned over, we were completely satisfied in our vision and Rich made it come to life."

"I hired Flores Drywall for various projects and the quality of work was excellent! The company is operated by a husband and wife duo, with the husband Eduardo engaging in the hands-on construction efforts. Eduardo and his wife are very diligent and responsive, evident in the constant communication we had throughout the renovations I was engaging in. In addition, they would show up in the early morning hours (most days 7am) and stay until the evening (most days 6pm) to get the job done in an efficient manner (I.e. 5-7 days including holiday weekends). I cannot gush enough about how amazing the results were - I was so happy with the aftermath of the renovations! Furthermore, when compared to other companyâ s that I was thinking to enlist, the prices Eduardo charged were much more reasonable. Needless to say, I am thankful to have discovered Flores Drywall and should I ever need to engage in additional projects/renovations they would be the first people I would call. Naturally, I also highly highly recommend Flores Drywall for any renovations or projects you may need as well!"
