"In order to do this review justice I have to post before and after pictures. The before pictures are what my bathroom originally looked like when I purchased my home in 2020. In 2022, my dad and I (mainly my dad ) attempted to remodel my bathroom using good old YouTube university tutorials. And needless to say it wasnâ t bad but since neither of us knew what weâ re doing, but I needed professionals! Alhumdulilah for Ivan and Amanda, such a beautiful couple really showed up and showed out on this remodel. The original plan was to remodel the bathroom as the original floor plan. But Amanda being as enthusiastic as she is insisted on knocking down the wall down and making the bathroom larger! Obviously, what women would not want a bigger bathroom?! Ivan did an incredible job closing the wall from my bedroom to my bathroom. I am still amazed that you cannot even tell that there used to be a bathroom door and a vanity in my bedroom. They moved the plumbing, updated the electrical outlets, the tiling is damn near perfect! My bathroom is actually up to code! (Another story for an another day lol) I cannot stop bragging to friends and family about how talented they are! This project took a total of 6.5/weeks. I appreciated that they kept me updated on the project progress, what was going to be completed during the week and in the weeks to come. They such a blast to work with! I was actually bummed when the project was over because I was use to seeing them. But no worries I have other projects that will keep them around and busy! Oh, also they are reasonable priced, let me tell you these other contractors tried it! Love you Ivan and Amanda ya are absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for helping my vision for this bathroom come to life!"

"Almost two years ago I hired All Universal Construction to finish a basement complete with two bedrooms with egress windows, a large bathroom and a laundry room. In the bathroom shower enclosure a few days ago I noticed there were some tiles falling of the wall! As you can imagine I was pretty upset to see this. I immediately called Owner Mike at All Universal. He was at my house within hours to check out the problem! Unfortunately the warranty had expired and in order to have it repaired it was going to cost a little. I decided I wanted to completely change out the tile which was going to be a NEW job and of course additional cost, which I was ok with. Owner Mike then tells me he would cover the cost of the labor and even the new waterproof wallboard that would be required if I just purchased the new tile. Wow! I was shocked! How often does that happen? After a couple days I have a brand new shower enclosure. Looks amazing! Let me just say that it was a pleasure working with Owner Mike and his crew. Absolutely a top notch group of people! From start to finish I was very impressed. A big thank you to All Universal Construction!"
