Joseph was absolutely phenomenal! He was very intuitive and understanding to a first time home buyer who didn’t really understand much of the inspection. He even called me personally to go over every item with me and then reached out weeks later to ask if we had any questions and if we bought the home!

Joe did a very professional job! He was friendly and developed the report as he conducted the inspection. The result of the inspection was provided that day. He followed up on the camera sewer line inspection the next day, and the radon detection test was coordinated, with results provided within 48 hours. I felt the cost of the three tests was reasonable and reassured us regarding the home purchase. Highly recommend his services.
