"The project is not yet complete, but that is because of the weather, not anything to do with Frank Cordova and his crew. They were on time, and the work was done in a professional manner. Frank even pulled an old sidewalk stone from an earlier porch, and provided some fill dirt for the hole. The small pieces left include a sprinkler move, and some cleanup. I got to watch a professional roll with the punches: while waiting for the concrete truck, someone stole Franks truck (It has since been recovered, with everything intact). He immediately switched gears, and called in some extra support to get the project done on time. It is a pleasure watching professionals at work. No short cuts, and no Rube-Goldberg workarounds!"

"Fantastic! The company really delivered. I am so pleased with the retaining wall, new front porch and steps and shed pad. The job was so much more than I thought. But Legacy Concrete Inc. did the job and did it so well. Gone is my ugly railroad tie retaining wall that was falling down and in its place is a beautiful stone block wall. Gone are my old steps with a weird, irregular outcrop and in their place are regular steps and a porch without cracks and irregularities. And the shed pad they poured with a ramp worked out perfectly with the shed. What I really appreciated is that they listened to me (a woman) and made suggestions that would improve the final product but worked to give me what I wanted."

"I would highly recommend Gutierrez concrete company. They did some repaving of concrete in a patio, and some rock and drainage issues. They were very punctual, highly responsive to our needs when needed to make adjustments, and did a professional job. They went above and beyond to make us happy with their work."

"Eli and his crew did excellent work replacing and pouring a new 3-car driveway and portions of two sidewalks at our home. At our request, Castanon Concrete replaced a 4-inch driveway slab (with nonstructural concrete) with a 6-inch pour using structural concrete. Our old driveway was poorly prepared, causing the old, non-compacted subsoil to be very muddy. Eli removed more soil, added more than the expected amount of road base, laid a grid using a ½ inch rebar, and also tied it into the foundation. They invested significant time to properly compact the subsoil and road base before the new pour. One portion of the sidewalk needed special care and skill to replace. The old walk was pitched incorrectly, and it also was located about 1 inch away from our A/C unit. The crew was especially careful to not disturb the A/C during removal and create a new pitch to drain moisture away from our foundation. At our request, the crew did an exceptional job with clean-up. The muddy worksite was a challenge. Eli and his crew power-washed the entire area (curbs, gutters, sidewalk, and a significant portion of the street). And to finish up, the crew invested a lot of time picking up even small debris, and they reinstalled the 1 ½ inch crushed granite rock bordering our new driveway. Eli said his goal was to install a new, high-quality driveway without people even knowing it was a construction zone hours earlier. Castanon Concrete did precisely that. I highly recommend Eli and Castanon Concrete; they went out of their way to meet and surpass our needs."
