I am an investor, and recently went into option for 5 different houses at the same time. My old inspector moved out of state so I was in desperate need of finding somebody to inspect these properties before the option period ended. I spoke with a few other inspectors, but Dylan ( the owner ) seemed to have my best interest. He made sure to get every one of them knocked out while still being in excellent communication during the whole madness. Kelly from Element Home Restoration came by, assessed the issue, and provided an estimate. He and another team member, Johnathan, came out later in the week and completed the job. I found Kelly to be easy to work with, and honest. He provided me with a few options to consider, which I appreciated. Pricing was very reasonable and I’m pleased with the work they did! "Home Energy Services is great! My service technician was an actual mechanical engineer so he knew everything there is to know about heating and cooling efficiency and systems and home construction. The technician inspected my home thoroughly and did a fan in the door leak test - which said my house leaked a lot. Then he took thermal images that showed EXACTLY WHERE cold outside air was coming into my home (the test was in February) and where cold spots from lack of insulation were located. Afterwards he emailed a complete report with his observations, recommendations and the thermal images he took. I will save more in electric bills in a few months than the cost of this comprehensive evaluation. Thank you Home Energy Services! P.S. If any insulation or energy efficiency peddler shows up without a fan-in-the-door tester and a thermal camera, send them on their way, they do not t have your interests at heart!"

"Had them install 2 attic power vents. They came out to the house to give me a bid for the installation of the vents and checked the roof for damages . They found places that needed repair and took pictures so I could see what needed repair. They came out the following week and did everything in a couple of hours. Once the work was done, they took pictures of the repairs they did."
