Blake showed up on time and was very professional and thorough and very knowledgeable about his product. I would recommend roofing for your next inspection and quote especially since they use Atlas shingles that serious upgrade from your everyday shingle.

SWAT Roofing and Will Ogle did a great job getting us through last fall’s storm damage and repairs. Will was a great communicator and a great advocate with the insurance company. He gave us the advice that we needed, represented our interests with the insurance company, and did a great job coordinating and communicating with the construction crew. Will is a great guy and I highly recommend him.

Wow! Stellar Customer Service and Workmanship! Brenner...Project Manager for SWAT came to our house to inspect roof, meet up with insurance adjuster, sign contract, and post work inspection. We didn't even have to leave our home. Brenner also took care of our rental home. Again, we didn't even have to leave our home. 110% Awesome Work! Can't say enough about these guys. They took care of everything including filing the claim and were done in less than a day. Our solar was removed and reinstalled by a separate solar crew, with no damage. Wouldn't hesitate to call them if/when another tornado comes close!

Hands down best roofing experience ever. Michael was very courteous and professional dealing with me and my insurance company. He took care of all dealings with insurance. The roofing team was great too... new roof installed in just over half a day and it looks great. Michael has a great eye for design as well... he encouraged colors and features that look great on my house. Highly recommend SWAT and Michael Q.

Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof

They cleaned up the yard and put the furniture back where it was before. They blew the debris off sidewalks and patio afterwards. Quality work and fast. The roof was done that very same day. Im still waiting on the two t-shirts they promised me! Two extra large?

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
