We're inspecting a brand new build prior to closing and wanted a comprehensive list of punch list items prior to our final walk-thru with the builder. Scott's report was extremely thorough and will be our comprehensive cheat-sheet during our final walk-thru. Scott saw many things that we may not have noticed, mostly cosmetic. Scott even uses a drone for a thorough inspection of the roof. The drone photos are outstanding.
