I am very pleased with the service. Scott was very detailed, thorough, took his time and also walked me through at the end of the inspection to go over all the details of his findings. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. He was also able to get the report over to me the next day, which was important for me as we have a shortened close date. The report was organized detailed and easy to understand. I would recommend Applebach to anyone in need of a home inspection or new home inspection.

Scott is very experienced, thorough and knowledgeable! He took the time to walk us around and go over everything in the inspection report and answer all of our questions. He takes phone calls after to answer questions as well, which was very helpful!

Scott came out and walked us through our new home. He found some issues. Gave advice on which are important for the builder to fix and those that we could fix. Very detailed and thorough. He has been in various sides of the building industry so he has a great understanding of the process.
