"Victors completed a full roof replacement (tear off and reshingle) 4 years ago. I recently experienced a leak around a roof vent. The service team came to the house, inspected the roof, identified the source of the leak, and had a team out 2 days later on a Sunday to replace the failed vent. They proactively replaced 2 other similar vents with improved metal vents and inspected the chimney trim and recalked it as well. I am very satisfied with their commitment to quality and service."
