I am overly pleased with my experience from day one with the inspection, to the scheduling, ending with the install. Ryan came out to give me an estimate and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Before he could complete his presentation I was ready to purchase . Ryan delivered a top tier lesson on roofs. He really knows his stuff. Kudos to Ryan. Katie was excellent with scheduling and rescheduling me because I was having issues with my insurance company. She called to follow up with me, making sure things were situated before moving on with the project. And lastly Jose. Jose managed the install. He communicated everything with me from start to finish. Thumbs up to all that played a role in my new roof experience.

The crew was very professional and worked very quickly. We had sudden thunderstorms both days during the install. The crew covered the exposed parts of the roof quickly and waited out the storms in their truck. As soon as the rain stopped, they were right back to work. The sales staff and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Noah, the sales rep, walked us through the whole process and what to expect. I highly recommend, and I normally don’t do reviews.

From the first call to Victor’s for a free inspection, Evan came out checked the roof inside and out, he took pictures and video to show me my problems! We talked about all my options. On install day Jose explained what I should expect and that he would be taking photos throughout the day. Luis showed up to go over the details as to how much wood the guys had to replace and the ventilation they had to install. We did a walk around the house, I was pleased with the netting they had up to “catch” all the debris, the guys cleaned up the yard just as they found it! I am very pleased with the work. I will highly recommend them!

Victors home solutions did an awesome job on my replacement!! From Eston coming out for the estimate to Luis the install manager and his crew doing the roof, everything went perfect!! Highly recommend!! Everyone was friendly and helpful!!

Victor's home solutions is the best In the business!! From Drew coming out to inspect our roof, to Luis and his crew led by Doug installing the roof, the whole experience was awesome!! I highly recommend Victor's for your roofing needs!!!

Evan gave me an honest estimate. Leo and his crew worked through the rain to finish up. Louis came by to settle up the bill and we talked for awhile. Nice young man. Everyone was great. Don't have to worry about the roof for quite some time. Thanks
