"A very through inspection was done. Very organized crew of workers went over every nook and cranny! Particularly, they discovered, among other things, that the building is in overall good condition. The most important discovery was a live electrical wire in the crawl space. I had it immediately repaired. Thank goodness I hired them as I shudder to think of what might have happened. I am ever so grateful for their professionalism and the in-depth report they provided. It is a wonderful feeling to have a comprehensive list to work from to manage an ongoing maintenance schedule."
