Worked with insurance Co. to agree to fully reroof a roof that had been rerooed 3 years previously. Got insurance Co. to totally replace cedar shake siding with double lifetime insulated vinyl siding. Being disabled I'm so pleased that I now have a maintenance free exterior. The project was top notch.
