"Darwin O'Kelley of Division Roofing came out on a Sunday between rain storms and temporarily repaired the leak, then returned on the first dry day and finished the work. Hasn't leaked since, so I guess we're good. He also checked some roof boards I thought were rotted and was expecting to need replacing. Darwin determined they were okay, just damp from the above mentioned leak, and wouldn't need replacing after all."
