This company helped me understand the minor problems with the home I purchased. Went back the reinspect the attic wiring because I was worried there might be a short from rodents since the home sat empty for a year. No charge to me. Really made me fee comfortable buying an older home that had been vacant for a year. Would definitely recommend.
