"We woke up and discovered we had no hot water. Went to the basement and found the water heater had sprung a leak. We went on Angi to inquire about getting it replaced as soon as possible. Shane, from Paramount, called within 30 minutes and also texted. We chatted and he gave me a price for replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon one. We agreed on the price and within two hours he had replaced the broken water heater with a new one. Much faster than we could have hoped for. After Shane completed the work he walked us through what work he did and walked us through all the key components of the new unit. Shane is very professional, dependable, and reasonably priced.
