"They were prompt and professional, and after just a few minutes were able to determine that there was no active mold problem (all the old damage had been due to a prior leak that was at some time repaired). They actually refused to charge me for the visit because it was so brief and there wasn't any work for them to do after a few quick tests. I hate to admit that I was shocked by their honesty!
