Was in time but have not heard from him on my air quality samples and it has been a week later. He did explain everything he was doing, and why he was doing it at least. He did say that he would let me know what my air samples turned out by Wednesday, or Thursday if this week is the only concern about the service.

Robert explained a person who checks for mold cannot, ethically, remediate the mold. It would be a conflict of interest. I appreciated that information. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. Luckily, I did NOT have an air quality problem. I highly recommend his services.

Owner of the company performed my inspection. He was able to schedule an appt to meet my deadline & arrived promptly- on time. He was extremely knowledgeable & very thorough. He patiently answered my questions & genuinely cared that I understood answers so that I could make a very informed decision regarding my pending investment of buying this house. Would most definitely recommend Robert & he is pleasant to speak with also.

I hired this man with permission from my landlord because a wall had been torn out due to a water leak in the basement family room. There was moldy insulation behind the wall, which the contractor tore out without using a barrier. Your so-called **professional** was told that I was in the process of packing and moving because I bought a house of my own. Just waiting to close. I am allergic to mold and have to stay here until I can move in. Your professional did NOT mention a thing about the wall in his report, but he nitpicked my piles of laundry in his DETAILED report and said the basement had mold due to **poor housekeeping**. He even listed the dog food bowl in the kitchen where a little bit dribbled off of my dog's chin. That man's report said NOTHING AT ALL about the wall being torn out. Just made it all look like my fault that the house has mold. He was hired for one thing by me and one thing only, to CHECK THE AIR QUALITY FOR MOLD! I have a severely mentally handicapped daughter and now my landlord is using YOUR PROFESSIONAL against me in court who left out completely why he was hired. He would not even return my phone calls so I could get a copy of the report. I had to have State Caseworker request it from my landlord. I hired a man through you who has wrecked our present lives. I will never use HomeAdvisor again. And, I advise ANYONE who uses this service for referrals to do a background check on the person they have called. They sent us someone who took a payoff from the landlord.
