I found this company through Angies list Big Deal.They called me to set up a time and worked with my schedule.A week before they were supposed to come out I developed a leak in my roof. I called Homemasters to ask if they could come sooner. The next day Jasper came out first thing in the morning and fixed it no problem.The cleaning crew came the following week as scheduled. They cleaned the roof and the gutters and even did a detached garage at no extra charge.They reattached a gutter where it was coming away from the house and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.I especially appreciated their conscientiousness in making sure they closed and latched the gates when they left.This is a great company and I will definitely consider using them when it comes time for a new roof.

The men were early and pleasant to deal with.  They cleaned and treated the roof and gutters as advertised (and even swept up some leaves from my porch).  HOWEVER, they put the debris into my yard recycling bin making it so heavy that it took 20 minutes to wrestle it to the curb and then my carrier would not pick it up because it was so heavy.   I am 67 years old and have no one else to move these things so now I have to wrestle back to the yard again.   They should have hauled the debris away and not made this trouble for  me.  I would not use them again because of this. 

It went very well. The communication prior to the service was excellent. They arrived on time, did their job and cleaned up after.

I got this service through an Angies Big Deal, so it would have been more.  I called the company and scheduled the work a couple of weeks out.  On the morning of May 6 two polite young men arrived and set to work. My only (minor) complaint is that the work was scheduled for the afternoon and they arrived in the morning.  They cleaned off a lot of moss and put it in our recycle container. They left some moss treatement on the roof. They cleaned all the gutters. They checked the roof and gutters and reported everything was OK.  I did not keep exact track, but I think they spent about 2 1/2 hours on the job.  A couple of years ago I looked into roof cleaning and could not find anyone willing to climb on the house roof, which is tall and steep.  This crew had no trouble at all with the roof. They also did not try to sell anything else, so if in the future were they to point out problems I would be inclined to take them seriously. Overall a positive experience.

The service people showed up on time, and were ready to go!  They blew the roof clean of any leaves, needles and other tree debris.  They had cleaned the gutter and downspouts, and applied zinc sulfate to the entire roof.  They worked promptly and diligently.  They replaced the gutter guards after cleaning the gutters, not as well as I do, but, very well.  They made certain the roof was cleaned extremely well before applying the zinc.  Our roof looks so great!  We got Home Masters of receiving information from Angie's List on roof cleaning.  We were not diappointed!

We used the Angie's List coupon and were totally satisfied with their work.  Once we purchased the coupon, we didn't even have to call them to schedule an appointment, they called us and told us that they would come and do the service in less than two weeks and that if we wanted to change the date we should call them back.  It was not even necessary for us to be home when they did the work.  When the day came for the work to be done it was raining hard and there were high winds and they called to tell us that they were postponing the work by a day (totally understandable and logical, I didn't want them up on my room in rainy, windy weather).  They did the work the next day as promised.  They didn't miss anything (including the detached garage) and did a great job of cleaning-up after themselves.  There was no effort to upsell other services (just a note that the chimney needs to be reflashed and sealed which it does).  I will use them again the next time I need this work done.

No don'ts at all.

The crew was very courteous & professional. The roof wasn't completely clean afterwards due to moss - but that was expected. They explained findings and procedures and were great!
