Purchase the $249 offer on Angie's List. Â Wife contacted them and scheduled. Â They showed up on time and completed their work in a couple of hours. Â Two guys. Â They cleaned up after themselves. Â Good result.

I was really disappointed. It never did kill the moss. I was expecting them to clean the moss off. They said spray would work but it didn't.

HomeMasters offers many coupons and discounts. This enables us to provide quality service, at affordable prices, to many people in the Portland and SW Washington metropolitan areas. To ensure that any coupons purchased are appropriate for the job intended, we first schedule an appointment for one of our representatives to inspect the home and review the work that is to be completed. At that time, if there is any additional work that we recommend, the representative will provide that information to the customer, as an option. It is important that all customers and potential customers understand that any additional work quoted is 100% optional. After the inspection has been completed, the scheduling of your work is a simple process. The representative that completed your inspection will submit your service request to our Office Manager, Michelle, who will create a work order and Gerry, our Project Manager, or Donald Watkins, our Handyman Manager, will then call to let you know when the service will be performed. Most exterior services are completed during the day, when customers are not home. This is not a problem. Once the service is complete, we will leave a card to confirm that we have been there. If it is imperative that you are home when the work is completed, you have special instructions or you would like to meet the crew, please communicate that information to Gerry when he calls to schedule the service. Homemasters arrived and one guy hopped up on the roof right away and another guy came to the door and asked why the water isn't on. I told him I'd have to turn it on again, because it was closed for the winter. The guy said not to, that it was okay. They were here 15 or 20 minutes, at the most. They were leaving, so I asked them what they found and they said there wasn't very much. I wasn't pleased, that they decided to just not do that part of the job, hosing it down. I felt they were trying to get here and out of here. I don't know where they were going. They didn't give me the attention that the job needed. I have all kinds of trees around me that the gutter picked up.

Called for estimate. Came out and gave estimate. Three week wait because I was so late in season. Came out and did job as priced and on time from date of estimate. Well done and prompt, professional.

I got their name from Angie's List, went on the website and applied for the job to be done. They contacted me, set up a date to come and clean my gutters, and then came when they said they would. They did the job and cleaned up the debris. It wasn't particularly an easy job as I hadn't had the gutters cleaned for several years. I was happy with the price and happy with the job they did.
