It was fine and they did a good job. They told me that I needed something replaced which I had done through another company. Homemasters offered me a price and I went looking for other companies. Another company did the work for quite a bit lower. The only thing that I didn't like was that when they quoted me a price for some work that needed to be done on the roof it was more than $100 than the other company. The company that did the work on my roof after Homemasters cleaned the roof told me that the roof was pretty good.

The crew arrived 5 hrs later than expected. No one called to notify us they'd be this late. A horrible mess of roof debris was left around the property. During the work we tried to ask questions, but the worker mumbled badly. It was unclear if he spoke English.

I called after I received the receipt online to make an appointment.  I was told they would call me back later that day and approximately 3 days later I called and they said somebody would call me back to schedule an appointment.  I realize they were probably bombarded with calls since the special had just gone out so I understood the delay.  There called and left a message on the date and time they would be there and stated that nobody needed to be home.  I don't feel comfortable with people on my roof (2 story) when I am not home.  I was home when they showed up and they were prompt and immediately got down to business.  My gutters were not that dirty, I was more concerned with the moss on the roof.  I thought they were going to actually take off the moss, however, I found out they were only going to sprinkle he zinc oxide and then let the rain do the work.  Since I am not familiar with this issue (my first time getting moss removed) I was a little disappointed.  I thought I would see a clean roof that day.  I realize the rain will continue to correct the problem, but now I have brown moss on the roof and my mail goal was to have it removed.  I am hoping that it will wash away - time will tell.

They did a good job overall.  But I noticed a roof stain afterwards. I called them back and asked if they could take care of it.  They came right out a second time and took care of it, at no extra charge.  I was very impressed with their responsiveness and their desire to get the job done right.  I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

When I called to schedule an appointment, the person answering was suddenly swamped with calls.  He asked to take my name & number and said he'd call back, which he did just 3 minutes later.  Appointment was set for following Friday as third customer of the day so the scheduler thought the crew would get to the house around 2 p.m.  The crew of 2 arrived at 2:15.  They were both very nice and got to work on the two-story house.  They were done at 4 p.m., just when the rain began!  The leader, Rafael, responded to my inquiries about the condition of the roof, chimney, etc.  He went over what they had done and found and said one of the gutters was installed improperly but that he could not fix it since it involved some creative troubleshooting given the height of an abutting roof, which prevented the correct sloping of the gutter towards the downspout.  He said he would make a note of it and have "the gutter guy" call me with an estimate to fix.  Less than a week after the appointment, I received in the mail paperwork from Homemasters - copy of paid invoice, info on the Bronze Level treatment, Homemasters exterior report - a survey of the condition of the roofing systems (chimney, gutters, flashing, etc.) and Angie's List report form.  No one from the company has called to follow-up on the gutter.  I purchased this Big Deal mainly because my roof is quite steep and there was no way my husband or I would want to get up that high.  After 2 rainy winters, moss was definitely taking hold of the north-facing sides.  Our gutters were fairly clean since we have many trees and know the amount of debris dropped by them.  I think the crew that came out did a good job but I would probably opt for this type of service every few years at most depending on the weather.  The price now seems rather high given what was actually done but I guess convenience comes at a price - and they did do what was in the "fine print".

They came out and were at my house for less than 45 minutes.  The gutters on my house were pulled away from the roof in a few places after they cleaned them.  I don't feel like I got my value out of the Big Deal.  I would not recommend them to do any work for you.

Main man was like spiderman!! He worked hard & fast and personable. His helper was new and very uncomfortable on the roof. I shouldn't wonder because he work in parts below his buff!! not safe attic arrangement.

They scrubbed everything by hand and blew it off and cleaned up the yard. They did a very nice job. They were terrific. They were very good at contacting me in a timely fashion and giving me the exact time when they would come. The workers were very polite, fast, and hard workers. They cleaned up after the work. I did not have to go out and do any cleaning up afterwards. They were easy to make an appointment with. I would use their service in the future too.

They arrived on time and did what was expected.  Two folks here for 90 minutes comes out to $75 per hour.  They found some repairs that needed to be done which was expected.  I knew the roof is at the end of its useful life.  Talked about it with the fellow back at the shop (Richard) the next day and he told me the written bid on the repairs would arrive in the mail in a day or two.  I talked to him about making a bid on a new roof and we agreed on the following Friday at 1:00 for that.  The bidder never showed and I never got a call.  I was home from 12:30 on but didn't hear a thing.  The written bid on the repairs did show up but never got to scheduling that as the guy never came out to talk about the bid or timing of the roof replacement.  I understand that things come up but if so they could at least call.
