The guys were great.  They showed up when they said they would.  They walked me through the process of what they would be doing.  They were very good about cleaning up all the "junk" at the end of each day.  They respected the times that I asked them to be there.

They did a fine job in cleaning the gutters and servicing the roof.

The men were on time, did the requested work and indicated no problems.  A written report was sent as a follow-up.

Our house and garage are seperate. Total footage was under advertised quanity of work. The telephone receptionist was uncertain whether it could be done, and seemed almost rude. I think they use this as a loss leader, and customers push the limits. As a result, the work was a bit complicated to schedule because she needed approval before sending it on for completion. Work was done well, when finally accomplished.

Our experience with them was pretty good. They did a good job. It worked fine. They were on-time. They came back a couple of times and made some adjustments, and they were there promptly. Their price was reasonable. I would recommend them.

Overall the company gets an A rating. When I first got the BIG DEAL, I called them to set up an appointment for the estimator. It was about a week away and on the day he was supposed to show up at 9:00 AM on the 4/29/13, he didn't. Twenty five minutes latter I get a call from the office secretary to say he was being delayed on another job so they were rerouting another guy to help me out. This guy DON shows up at 9:50 which makes me very happy. He gets right to it and gets on the roof and tells me what is going on and what he thinks should be done. I also then tell him my concerns and he tells me what what to be concerned about and what NOT to be concerned about. Very forthright. Well I then decide what I want done and he tells me it will be an additional $539.00 but I should not any roof problems for at least 10 years or so. This fits my needs well. So Don says he will give the estimate to the company and they will call tomorrow with some appointment times. So this all happened on Monday 4/29. So it's Thursday May 2 and i haven't heard from the company. I give them a call. The secretary says she'll check and see whats going on. She gets back on the line and says I'm on the bosses desk second in line to be called. I should have a call by tomorrow. They finally called to set up an appointment on Tuesday May 7. We agreed on a date and time of 8:30 AM on May 15. So may 15 is here and the roof repair guys - Steve and Nick show up on time. They spend about 10 minutes on the roof and then have to go to the store to get the right vents and flashings. They arrive back about 9:30 and get right to work, no dilly dallying around. I don't know about you, but it is kind of strange when a stranger comes over to work on something for you. You wonder did I make the right choice? Do they know what they are doing? What have I got myself into?After watching them work for awhile and seeing their diligence and sure handedness about what they were doing, my fears eased. So to make a long story short, when everything was done I asked them to go up on the roof with me and so me what exactly what they did. This was after they had already put their ladder away but they were most gracious and said not a problem and got it set back up. We went up on the roof and I saw everything that was done, gutters cleaned, roof moss free, etc and was quite pleased And CONFIDENT THEY DID A GREAT JOB! They also cleaned up all the mess that came off the roof onto the ground. Total time from start to finish - 2 hours. Wham, Bam, Thank You! So if I ever need  roof repairs or maintenance done, I will definitely use this company again.

The company was great. I am a student living out of town and they took care of everything, calling me to make sure all was well, showing up on time even though I wasn't there, cleaning up everything when they left.
