I had taken advantage of a gutter cleaning "Big Deal", but the worker explained that my downspouts were completely clogged, and he did not feel comfortable doing the work, knowing that the gutters would just overflow. He suggested that I address the downspouts. I contacted the company and asked for a quote. The salesperson came promptly and was quite pleasant, suggesting various options. Â Two downspouts were replaced with larger ones, and the gutters were cleaned. Everything works perfectly now. ingMy only complaint is that each time I called the company, no one seemed to know what was going on. The office is very disorganized, but the salesman and workers are excellent.

The company was great to work with, very responsive and able to estimate work over the phone accurately. They made it simple to schedule the work and to complete it without requiring much effort on my part.
I was extremely pleased with all the work done. Very professional, very quick and done exactly as I asked. I will definitely use this Handyman again. And I will tell all my friends about him.
It went very smoothly. There were no problems.  One of my hopes was that the person who was on my roof would not only do the cleaning services, but that they'd have a keen eye to detect any problems, i.e. flashing, cracks, etc. I asked the young man how my roof looked and he said it looked okay. I pointed out where I had concerns about some of the flashing and he said he may have to take a picture to bring back. I'm not sure if he took the picture, or if I will hear from them about this concern. I may have to hire a roof professional to examine those items specifically. However, with regards to the services I paid for, they did an excellent job.
Work performed then they quoted on gutter replacement a few months later I received an bill from the for additional charged claiming our square footage exceeded the size allowed on the big deal. I measured the footprint of the house and found they were including exterior decks in their square footage. I called and thought the issue was resolved in August. Toward the end of the year I receive a PAST DUE!! notice from them. called again. they claimed that Angie's List gave them the house footprint size but said again that I could ignore the erroneous billing.

To ensure that any coupons purchased are appropriate for the job intended, we first schedule an appointment for one of our representatives to inspect the home and review the work that is to be completed. At that time, if there is any additional work that we recommend, the representative will provide that information to the customer, as an option. It is important that all customers and potential customers understand that any additional work quoted is 100% optional. After the inspection has been completed, the scheduling of your work is a simple process. The representative that completed your inspection will submit your service request to our Office Manager, Michelle, who will create a work order and Gerry, our Project Manager, or Donald Watkins, our Handyman Manager, will then call to let you know when the service will be performed. Most exterior services are completed during the day, when customers are not home. This is not a problem. Once the service is complete, we will leave a card to confirm that we have been there. If it is imperative that you are home when the work is completed, you have special instructions or you would like to meet the crew, please communicate that information to Gerry when he calls to schedule the service. My experience with them was excellent and they gave me an accurate estimate and accurate timeline as to when they were coming out to what they wanted. They performed the work perfectly ever since then and I have been happy with them. I do not have even a single bad thing to say about them.Â
