They were on-time and it was an easy process to schedule and get the appointment done. The only disappointment I have is that the moss on the roof seem to come back quickly. This may be an error in my expectations but I thought the treatment would possibly prevent the moss from coming back on the following rainy season.

I purchased special priced services online in late Sep or early Oct. The firm did contact me within the stated 2 days to schedule, but services could not be performed until late Nov. I was disappointed that scheduling was so far out. I contacted the firm a couple days before service to confirm and to verify that high pressure would not be used. The person assured me they use a special spray head to avoid damaging shingles. The crew informed me upon arrival that the service I was getting did not in fact include any washing/brushing but rather was simply blowing off debris and manually clean-out of valleys and gutters as necessary.  I believe the online ad should have been more specific about services to be performed. I was still overall satisfied with the cleanup performed and the crew was diligent about cleaning up debris that fell on the ground.

As far as I could tell, they cleaned the gutters OK. However, they were unable to provide any photos of the work they did (we asked them in advance if they could do so), as it is a two-story house and so it wasn't possible to otherwise inspect their work. I believe their contract had a clause in it refusing to accept chargebacks, which is of course is a consumer protection and one of the points of paying with a credit card. They tried too hard to push other expensive services. They didn't photograph or inspect other problems with the gutters that would have been useful to assess while they were up there.

They were okay and came on time. They advised of additional work that needed to be done and then I never heard back from them. There was a lack of follow up.

I called the company and they will send someone out to look at it and retreat if necessary but that is an extra problem I don't need right now. I thought by looking at the agreement the moss would be removed now they say that it was just the treatment so if it doesn't  die out it was a useless effort.

I have used HomeMasters twice to clean my roof and treat it to prevent moss growth.  They are very thorough and do excellent work.  The workman that performed the service took pride in their work and it shows.  I would recommend their service.

Service was purchased in early September.  I was contacted later, and was told that no one would be available to come out until November 20th.  About a week after the 20th, I noticed that there were still problems with the gutters overflowing.  I called to see what exactly had been done, and after three days of calling I set up an appointment for someone to go back out to the house to take a look.  I was told that a serviceman would report back to me what was done, and still haven't gotten anyone to return my calls.  I gave them 3 months to try and do the job right.  That was way too long. Homemasters seems truly unorganized.   Service records and reports are vague if they exist at all, and scheduling is nearly impossible.  Not recommended.
