The first crew were inept. They took 2.5 days (to their defense, it was during a cold snap) to do our low pitch house roof. They left patches of moss still on the roof when they were "done". The 2nd crew was quick and professional and completed our 12/12 pitch roof in a day . They corrected the oversights of the first crew. I was told that a standard pressure washer wouldnt be used on our composition roofs. But that is exactly what they used. For the money involved, the time that our job kept getting delayed by the first crew and the fact that they used regular pressure washers when they said they would not, I won't be using them again.

Although the weather was dry, it was very cold, so I was surprised when HomeMasters wanted to schedule my roof replacement in mid-January.  However, I am so pleased with the work and so glad to have it done before the current round of rainstorms!  My roof is very steep, yet the roofers (I believe the crew leader was Luis) were skilled, efficient, professional, and pleasant.  They started about noon on a Thursday and were done about noon on Saturday.  They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project.  Also, the color of the new roof is an even better match for the house than I hoped, based on the small sample in the brochure. When I mentioned to a friend recently what a good experience I had with HomeMasters, she said she had never heard any of her other friends say the same about their roofing experience.

It went fine.

They did a great job. They came out after the holidays. Two employees came out, they got the job done the same day they came out. They called to confirmed and they showed up when they were suppose to.

They did a very good job and they cleaned up after the service. I recommended them to a neighbor and I certainly would use them again. I was satisfied with the service and I had no complaints.

I received an email for a Big Deal with HomeMasters for $119 for Gutter Cleaning and Roof Debris Removal. So I called HomeMasters, and asked if I needed to purchase this right away as it was going to expire soon. They said there was no need, and they would honor the deal without buying it. They sent an inspector out in October and scheduled the work for December 4. The workers came out and cleaned the gutters (although one is now overflowing), but they did not remove debris from the roof. I realized this was not done when I went to put up Christmas lights. I called and I asked them about this, they said it was not included on the work order. They now wanted proof of the deal for gutter cleaning and roof debris removal. Unfortunately, the link was expired so I wasn't able to show them the deal. I am upset that they said they would honor it initially, but once they came out to do the work they went back on their word.

Scheduling was quick, they called us and asked if they could come out that day for the service which worked for us. The service turned out very well. The technician arrived and thought he was just cleaning out the gutters. I explained what the deal was for and he did the entire job.

Crew cleaned debris (oak leaves and debris, ponderosa pine needles) from roof, hand cleaned gutters and downspouts, and  secured some loose gutter supports. They then applied moss treatment to entire roof.  This was during one of our cold spells so crew had chip some ice from the gutters. Great job, successful moss treatment.
