It went well but one of the workers was less professional and a little scary looking. Overall it was a good job but it took a long time to get this scheduled, probably got too busy with this promotion.

The man who came to clean the gutters discovered that the problem was not the gutters but two downspouts, which were completely impacted. He could not disimpact them. I had had other companies clean my gutters, which still overflowed, so he was the first one to find the problem. The gutters are 3 stories up, so I had not been able to investigate myself. He said he did not want to charge me for a gutter cleaning, which would not do anything until the downspouts were replaced. Someone later came to give me a quote on the downspouts, and then, after a little confusion in their office, the downspouts were replaced and the gutters cleaned. They did an excellent job, though they were a little expensive, and there seemed to be some problem in the office with scheduling.

Initial response following the purchase was prompt and they came out immediately, providing a rough estimate of what the project would entail. Then they dropped off the radar. We had to call several times as well as visit their business location to finally get a response. Once a new project manager was assigned, things picked up quickly and the project got back on track. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the work, materials and job. We would use them again despite the minor hiccup involving the communication.
