This company has some really good people working for it. I was referred to them from a neighbor who has a nice roof. I was impressed with the job they did and they followed through solving all my needs and requests during and after the completion of the job.

Getting in touch with the company to schedule service was very hard. I received no response from email. I tried calling and left a few messages. When I did get a call back finally, it was a voicemail so I had to call again and leave a few more messages on their answering service.  No one who answered the phone could help me. The last message I left was that I wanted a refund and so then I finally got a call from the owner who was very apologetic. He scheduled my service for the following week. When the day came for the service, the handyman arrived 2hrs early and I wasn't home. I called him back and he said he could not come back that day because his schedule was too busy. So I called the office again asking for a refund, and then they managed to send him back a few hours later. I wish I had just taken the refund because the work was poor quality. It was not at all what I would call a "restoration". It was a patch job and after a few days it started to crack. My expectations may have been too high, in that I thought my shower would look new again. Even still, I don't think the work should have cracked and separated within 2 days! After a month it pretty much looks like it did prior to the work being done.

I thought that their price was reasonable compared to the other quotes that I got. It was a really good experience. They were on time. They came when they said that they were going to come and it was really easy to set up an appointment with them. They also worked fast and well.

Within a couple of days after we called, Homemasters came out to our house to provide an estimate of the cost. We were given a special price because of the Angie's list referral. I have my roof cleaned each year, and in spite of the many Douglas Fir trees we have, fortunately there weren't any major hurdles. We did have to follow up a couple of times with their office to establish a day for the work to be done. This is why I gave them a B for responsiveness. Nonetheless, on the day and time scheduled, the crew arrived at exactly on time and got straight to work. They were done in about 90 minutes and did a great job on the roof as well as cleaning up afterwards. I will likely be calling them again next year.

The service was okay, I had a hard time making an appointment and it took a lot of connections to get the right person to schedule, and he was supposed to call me, but he didn't' and I had to call them back. It was my first time to do the caulking, and I didn't ask them if they are supposed to remove the old caulk. I asked them to re-caulk in the shower room, and around the bathtub and along the edge of the sink, and so it wasn't the entire bathroom. I had purchased a big deal for 3 hours of caulking and they finished the work in 1hour and 20 minutes, and they just left, when they thought they were done.

They did a fine job. It's hard to judge on cost because every roof is different. My roof is pitched and they did a good job with it.

They did an okay job, but they kept bugging me to have it redone again. They didn't want to redo the roof, they just wanted to redo the moss killing.

They arrived to perform the bid on-time. I accepted their bid at that time and put down a deposit. They said they would call to schedule the work. Several weeks passed when they called with the date of service. They arrived on that day and did the work as promised. They said I did not need to be home, so I was not here to watch the work. They did an excellent job on all points. They did not ask for the final payment, even though someone was home, rather they mailed me a final bill.  Very pleased with work and services performed.Â
