"Patrick and his team are great. They tore out an old asphalt garage floor and poured a new cement floor. They also poured a large concrete slab for RV parking and walk way that wraps around the house. Their work is high quality, everything is sloped well and leveled to match the existing structures like AC unit and crawlspace entrance. After a week there was a small area that had issues and Patrick agreed to repair it. I will use them for future projects."

"Tony was AWESOME! He responded to my request for bids (on Angi) almost immediately. He came the next day to see the concrete sidewalk repairs I needed, and gave me a very reasonable price in writing the following day. Tony was very professional, listened and responded to my many questions. He came on time and followed the changes the City Inspector needed. He finished very quickly and didn't "ghost" me (like other contractors do). The work is gorgeous (for a sidewalk :-) and such a huge improvement. What a nice and refreshing experience with a contractor! I already recommended Tony to a neighbor who knocked on my door while the job was in progress and asked for Tony's info. "We hired Lavu Concrete to expand our driveway so we could get our cars off a busy, narrow street, and a concrete sidewalk to my side yard. The crew showed up early and worked very hard. After I saw the workmanship of a planter his brother installed, I asked him to do a flagstone path through my yard. Sam quoted me a price, and his word is gold. Right before the concrete pour, the lateral sewer line was blocked, because of tree roots. Not anything they did. We had to replace the lateral which is buried 3-5 feet below ground. Everyone said we were lucky it happened before the pour. Thank God! Through all the postponement with the concrete company because of the plumbersâ schedule and weather, owner Sam kept his cool . He and his brother made the driveway and paths beautiful. Wish he did other kind of work or wish I had more work for his company. His price is fair. Heâ s knowledgeable, brother and worker were hardworking. Local business and large enough to work out any problems that might come up along the way like redoing the planter after the plumber came to install the new cleanout."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"We hired Jose last summer (2025) to remove some flag stones in the back yard and move them to the front walkway as well as put in a 16x14' concrete slab in the back yard. We interviewed 4 other contractors but he was the only one that gave us ideas on how to make it better than I could have imagined! What originally started as a single concrete slab in the back yard turned into a show piece walkway in the front yard and a back yard patio that was nice enough to add a gazebo! You would think that with all the extra add ons it would have been way over budget but it ended up costing much less than all the other quotes! We are looking at having Jose put in a new 28'x28' slab in the other side of the yard for a possible basketball hoop or, gosh, anything. I really recommend this company. Jose is very personable, professional, and very very qualified. Thanks Again Jose!"

"My husband and I are so impressed with Ruben and his crew. We hired them to build our retaining walls and landscape the front yard of our new build and put sprinklers and lawn in the back. We gave him a photo of the look and feel we were going for and let him have at it.
