I was not pleased with the work. They did not perform the service until a couple of months after I purchased the deal. I had to call and follow up a lot to schedule the appointment . They also wanted to send someone out before the work was performed which essentially was an up-sell. I did buy more because I was put in an awkward position and I felt pressured. The deal seemed to be a bait and switch.  I just spent this weekend clearing the down spots because that work was not completed.  Overall, I will not be using their service again.

We have a very steep roof and couldn't reach the top with a hose.  Homemasters gave us a reasonable bid and completed the job at scheduled time.  They replaced the missing shingles and tacked down a few loose shingles.  Great job.  Roof looks great. Will use them again in future if needed.

The scheduling wasn't very efficient. I had to call them back to remind them that I haven't heard from anyone in a month so we had to reschedule it for the following week. I believe the job they did was satisfactory but they can improve on customer service.

Apparently I am old fashioned... do not come out to my place and shake my hand and tell me you are going to do something and not follow through. When you shake a persons hand and make a commitment, you d*** well better stick to it. I was NEVER provided an estimate. The salesman, Greg, even called and said that there must have been some confusion and asked if I was still interested in an estimate. I said that I was still interested and was told that I would be provided one. It's a good thing I didn't hold my breath as one was NEVER provided. You don't want my business, no problem because you certainly won't EVER get it. Thanks for helping me choose who not to deal with Greg. Much appreciated.

I was contacted within a day of purchasing a big deal. They scheduled someone to come out and check out what I wanted to have done within 4 days. Jim came out, asked what I wanted done and after figuring what the cost would be, he said I had money left over. I asked if they could treat part of my roof for moss and algae with the remaining balance, which they did. I know what I had done was a small job, but it was great. I always had a problem with water overflowing the gutters in a heavy downpour, and now with an additional downpout added, the water is removed away from the house and foundation. The two men that came out to do the work were great. The work was scheduled to be performed the following Monday. They were on time, professional and respectful of my property. They treated the moss and algae on a section of my roof. I'd use them again if needed. I recommend them.

In Summary: If it were based solely on the guys that did the actual work, I'd have given this an A rating but I've rated it lower because the scheduling process was slow and it seemed necessary to purchase a much more expensive package to get a full cleaning. In Detail: It is mostly my fault that I didn't understand the deal was to blow off the roof rather than use any water. My roof is larger and steep so I already expected I would have to pay a little extra as stated in the deal. But when I found that the service to actually use water to clean off the algae was going to cost and additional $750, I was shocked.  I chose to stay with the basic package and have the roof blown off and algae treatment applied. Scheduling the work was not part of the initial estimate visit, that required a call back from the company's project manager.  When I hadn't receive a call after more than a week, I called them and we scheduled the work to occur the next day. As for the work itself, the crew was on time, friendly and professional.  I have gutter covers so cleaning the gutters was not an option but I asked that they brush off the top and face of all the gutters so they work properly.  I also asked if they could clean a skylight after they blow off the debris since I cannot access it and they did that as well.  I  was quite surprised at the amount of debris they actually removed from the roof and a large percentage of the algae was dislodged in the process.  They treated the remainder and we will need to see if that proves effective in a few months. The crew blew off my deck and all areas the were covered by the roof debris leaving the area around my home tidy which I greatly appreciate. Again, based on the actual work done, it was a good engagement.  But the time it took to schedule and the sticker shock for a  full cleaning treatment are the reasons I rated this less than A.

Based on the excellent reviews I called Homemasters for help with a gutter that doesn't drain properly. The travel cost to come look at it was $75 with an additional charge for any work done.  I was told someone could come to the house early the following Monday, that Jerry would call to confirm later in the week.  Late Friday afternoon I hadn't heard from Jerry so called Homemasters.  I wasn't on the schedule for Monday and after some searching my information was found.  Their crew would leave Tigard Monday morning at 7:45 am and arrive at my house in Sherwood between 8 and 9.  The crew arrived a few minutes before 10 am., looked at the gutter, cleaned it out, and told me nothing could be done for it.  The gentleman told me he'd have the person who prices gutters give me a call. That was 9 days ago and I haven't heard from anyone.  Next week I have two other companies coming to my house at no charge to look at my gutter and discuss repair/replacement options.  I'll never waste my time or money with Homemasters again.
