Very easy process.  They were able to do everything while we were not even home.

The gentleman in charge said they needed to saw off the ends of the rafters because the current gutters were too small and the new ones wouldn't fit. He asked that I provide paint to cover the raw wood.  I left a gallon of paint  on the porch but it was never used.  They came and installed the gutters and they work great.  I am still finding sawed off rafter ends around the house. But they did a great job. otherwise.

It went PERFECTLY Estimator don came out    exactly on time - evaluated the gutter repair came up with a solution    assured me the problem would be solved Called me the next day to let me know he had talked about our problem with one of the companies specialists and said he had some better suggestions- He sent us a diagaram to outline his suggestions-  I was quite pleased that he had spent some time thinking about my problem    Again he indicated that it was essential that I be happy and if I wasnt to make sure to let him know The crew came out on the appointment date and again were exactly on time-- They were pleasant and cleaned up completely- the solution to my gutter problem was better than I had imagined  and all aspects of their work were professional I could not be happier with their services and would highly recommend this company They are well run and have their act together- they are experienced and quite busy Never the less I felt I was important and completely taken care of Several places that I called ,who said they worked on gutters, werent even interested in my business What a pleasure to find a company like homemasters

I write reviews when I am unhappy (check my previous reviews) as well as when I am pleased. In this case I think I've got a good one. We had Homemasters bid on blowing off a large and rather steep (12/12 pitch?) roof on property we live in on NW Portland. We have battled with fir needles for years and think the gutter system we finally chose works well but we still accumulate large quantities of needle and leaves on the roof - especially in valleys and leeward areas. I'm too old - or too smart? - to try doing this myself anymore so I've tried to find competent safety conscious folks to do the roof blowing. Some companies that said they were capable/competent wouldn't provide me with insurance proof. while other said it was "too steep' for them. Homemasters seemed unfazed when we spoke so we gave them a try. They showed up right on time on a cold, blustery rainy & snowy Monday and got right to work. They cleaned the multiple roofs and then cleaned up after themselves. They used safety ropes when needed (thus, I'm sure, making my insurance underwriter smile) and cleaned up after themselves.  The two employees were courteous and personable. They also said the company offers a wide range of services so I'm on board and will continue to use them as needed.

They did well. Roof is clean--I wasn't home then, but I think they brushed rather than using pressure wash. No more moss visible on the roof. Gutter is clean and flowing well. No longer leaking. I'm a happy customer.

We received a quote on 8/10/2011, and the work was done in a single day on 9/2/2011. Thanks to Angie's Big Deal, the total price was very reasonable. The new aluminum gutters are well-made and sturdy. The work went very smoothly except for the clean-up. There were pieces of the old gutters that were not properly disposed of, and a year and three months later we are still occasionally finding small pieces of white PVC in our yard.

The whole process from estimate through roof cleaning went very smoothly and on time.  I was keep informed all along the process. The roof looks fabulous!

The workers showed up on the appointed day and did a good professional job cleaning our gutters. They were polite and helpful. Our only slight disappointment was how long it took to set the appointment. It was more than 2 weeks between the time we ordered the service and the time they actually came out and did the gutters. (To be fair, it should be said that we waited until the big rains came to order the service. I assume they were inundated with orders for service. So it's understandable they needed a longer lead time.)

I bought an Angie's List big deal, called them, they called me back, we set up a date/time, they showed up as schedule, did their work, and left.  The workers were friendly and professional.

Homemasters were great.  I appreciate that they kept the appointment, and even arrived earlier than I expected.  I also appreciated that they followed up with a phone call, which gave me the chance to ask a question about the moss treatmnet that they put on my roof.  They were very professional and friendly.  I will use them again.
