After the job was over with they cleanup the mass and threw it into a hopper that they brought an hauled it away that is watt I wanted.

They were here for approximately 20 minutes which I though was too short. I wasn't able to climb on top of my roof to see the work, so I was unable to verify. I've had previous companies that have taken two hours, so it was rather surprising. They were in and out. I really don't know if the gutters are working better or not, as it's hard to tell. It was a larger than average house, I complained, and they waived a $15.00 house they wanted to charge me because of that.

I placed several calls to many different recommended roof repair people beginning on a Tuesday and HomeMasters was the ONLY one to follow up with a phone call, a scheduled arrival of a crew, crew arrival and then completion of the repair within 30 minutes of arrival. The total time elapse from the time of the initial call to the completed repair was 3 hours. Now I don't know it it leaks or not, but I'm really not that concerned about it. The guys were competent in their repair and cleaned up nicely after themselves. They were confident the repair is complete. And then, they said I would be billed for the repair. After nearly 30 days post repair, I am happy to report that the roof does not leak..!!

We were satisfied from start to finish. Initial estimate was very thorough. President of company personally reviewed bid with us. He was easy to reach with questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Project started on time, no delays. Excellent choice of products at a great price. President personally did a walk through at finish. Roof looks great. We are very happy we chose Homemasters and have already recommended them to others.

They didn't do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They just threw stuff off the roof onto the ground.

Originally contacted this company to clean my house gutters, and then inquired if they could also clean the roof of moss and apply moss prevention chemicals. Quick to come out for estimate, comprehensive explanation of services and costs, and fair in explaining risk of cleaning roof with a lot of moss buildup. When weather issues interfered with process, they were quick to call and re-schedule.

The first part went fine and the gutter cleaning went well. They attempted to repair the gutter and they told me to call again for them to come back out if the repair didn't hold. The repair did not hold and I called. They never came back to finish the work. I would use them again if they came back out to fix the gutter.

They were great! Anytime I've had a problem, they've been quick to come and service my home to fix the problem.

They didn't just to tell us we needed a new gutter system. They worked with what we had and got it into working order. They gave us options that were not as expensive and ended up getting the job done well.

It was a fairly substantial job because the gutters are so high up. They did a great job and didn't charge at all. I would certainly recommend them.
