It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out really well. It was a fairly complicated job and he did a good job. We spent an additional amount for the materials. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and performed the service within the 3-hour period. I'm impressed.

I had purchased a Big Deal $225 for Roof Cleaning, Maintenance, and More.  They came out and they were nice hard workers but they were NOT professional at all. They broke over 40 tiles on my roof, the chimney flashing on one chimney did not match the other chimney at all and wasn't even attempted to match, they didn't trim the flashing, and they did a totally sloppy job to say the least.  They just wasn't careful or seemed to pay attention to things at all.  I would never use them again, their work was atrocious.

They got a lot of work done in the time allotted.  They were quick and efficient and got more done on my list than I thought was possible.  Everything works perfectly.  They cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate.  They gave me practical advice on future projects so I can plan ahead and make the best use of my limited budget.

I was very disappointed.  I have used them before and they were excellent.  I was not home when they did the work.  However when I got home, all the windows on my deck were covered with splotches of dirt from when they cleaned the gutters.  I know it was them since I had cleaned the windows a few days before.  I had to go out and reclean the windows again. Since that time I have noticed other splotches of dirt on my siding.  I also found that they had put the stuff cleaned from the gutters in my outside garbage cans and even under the cans.  While they did not say they would haul away what they cleaned up, they had always done that in the past. Also, I had bought a special for the gutter cleaning through Angies List.  The special said they would call and schedule.  After a few weeks of no call, I had to call them.  Somehow they magically had an opening right away.  I wonder if others have purchased the special and never gotten a call and maybe forgotten about it.

I found Homemasters through an Angie's List Big Deal.  This project was not without some bumps, they had a personnel problem that affected my job, but the bottom line is that they persevered until the job was done to my satisfaction.  They widened the window sills in my sunroom so that my plants now have more growing room and I'm very happy with the job they did.  They are returning to install a garage storage system they sell later this month and I'm excited about that. The staff has been diligent, professional and friendly and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I was happy with the service provided. The work was done well. When a small section of the grouting began to crack again, the handyman, Tony, returned and fixed it. I would use them again.
