They left piles of debris on my patio from the gutters. The debris had rust in it and stained my patio. After many months the stains are fading. I had to go out and clean my patio after they were here.

Purchased a deal off of Angie's List for roof cleaning for $250 thinking that it might cover most of the cost. Well after the estimate it came to around $1500. As I had already paid for the work it comes down to biting the bullet and getting the work done as otherwise you throw away the first cost. Crew came and did the job. Roof was cleaned but they messed up my gutter screens and had to come out and fix them again. I will not be purchasing any more Angie's List deals and will only use the reviews to see feedback on companies.

They did a nice job. There was one small overhang that was missed but I still feel I got a great deal.

i was not home, so iam not sure how much of my gutter was cleaned, i have 2500 sq ranch, i just check gutter southside house few days ago and it was filled with rotting leaves almost compost in composition

It went fine.There were some scheduling issues in the beginning but I think it was my fault. I was hoping they would get more done in the three hour time frame but they did work very hard and did the most they could. It worked out just fine overall. They did a very good job.

They were great. Our house is under the huge historic elm trees and it's a great breeding ground for a moss and they took out literally a 12-feet high pile of it. The quality of the service was excellent and the value was incredible.

It went quite well.  No problems making an appointment. They showed up on time.  They did a great job.  We have used them since and the level of service has continued to be very good.

If I could rate this company A++, I would.  A question arose when the workmen appeared whether my detached garage was included in the package, and I was able to contact the office and get a quick answer (it would be).  My roof had a LOT of debris on it, but the workmen were not daunted by it.  They provided cheerful, efficient, professional service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. He did a lot of work and had good solutions on everything. They were great. I paid an additional amount for the materials and it was under $60. In fact, he had a lot of leftover materials from other jobs that he was able to incorporate without having to spend more money on it. We did a walk-through of the things that I had on the list to do. Then he helped me assess what was most important and what was most viable for the time period that we had. We forewent the painting because I can paint and there was no more time to do that. But he did texture on the drywall. What stood out was him really trying to find solutions on how to do some things especially with the dry rot. He made separate assessments for the doorframe versus the window. For the doorframe, he was able to patch it in and it looked well but with the window frame, he really suggested doing the whole exterior frame. He was good about coming up with different solutions. It’s hard to realize that you’re gonna spend so much time walking through and not actually getting work done.

I am very happy with HomeMasters.  They arrived on the early side of the time frame I was given and did a very thorough job of cleaning the roof and gutters.  They even fixed one of the gutters for me that was starting to come away from the house.  What impressed me the most was their cleaning all of my deck space and walk way (where the moss and debris had been falling).  To me, it showed that they cared about their quality of work and how they left things.  I will definitely be using them again!
