"Brent installed an impressive double- spiral meditation garden in the yard with solar Tiki torches, strawberry plants and sunflowers. Our guests love it! He is creative and artistic. Ask him for ideas for your yard and get some inspiration from him. He is knowledgeable, friendly, works hard and incredibly fast while being very accurate. He is also a handyman and has been able to fix about everything in the house and yard that needed fixing. He mowed the lawn, pruned the plants, fed the animals, pressure washed the house and patio furniture, researched and bought materials and appliances, painted the walls, put in new flooring and deep-cleaned the carpets. Although my schedule was hard to follow Sean/ Clean Sweep gave me time and space to figure out what the best day for me and my family would be. Upon the first meeting while developing the jobs estimation he was exactly on time and made sure he knew what was needed to complete the job at hand. Sean is clearly a specialist in very personalized residential, condo, apartment and other building type cleaning services! He was kind enough to accommodate our schedule by coming on his own weekend. On the day, he showed up 100% ready to jump into working hard and brought all the correct/ necessary equipment. He went above and beyond even thinking to tell us to keep our doors and windows closed, watch our shoes, where we walk, keeping the dog safe and inside. Brought his own great quality power washer with an extra extra long hose. Important to us because the large outdoor patio is on the 3rd floor and must reach the ground floor hose connection. Before he started our patio was incredibly dirty, deeply filled with moss and weeds between every concrete paving stone. The dust would turn into heavy mud when it rained. The walls surrounding our patio are complicated due to being made of different materials such as floor to ceiling glass walls, frosted glass partitions, metal siding and outdoor green painted ledges. Although the focus was the patio floor, concrete pavers and rooted moss/ mold/ mildew & weed removal.. he did much more than expected. He softly cleaned/ sprayed down the dirt caked walls, removed all the moss, weeds and heavy muddy dirt. He gave me an important maintenance tip to make things a little easier for the next time we have him come back. Which Iâ m happy to know about. With our permission he was able to get the concrete pavers back to a fresher brighter cleaner visual state. In areas where too much sand exists he was very careful and gentle not to spray too much water. Instead he let me know the best way to maintain or fix these weak points to limit future damage caused by the elements. He was very perceptive about his surroundings, ours, our neighbors, the apartment building and even parking. He paid close attention to the job, remained focused and detailed oriented, was extremely respectful of us, our home, any space indoor or outdoor that he worked near. Even bringing his equipment through the house was done with much care and consideration. Im positive his work is worth far more than we were quoted. Itâ s not easy at all to find respectful, detail oriented, quality, experienced, knowledgeable, confident, competent or reliable entrepreneurs/ local business owners. Fortunately, we did find those qualities in Sean/ Clean Sweep. Itâ s not always about how quickly an important job is completed.. itâ s the quality of work done by a capable individual or team. That being said Sean/ Clean Sweep was quality and worked well under pressure/ quickly. Our patio is absolutely spotless, beautiful, clean and Iâ m sure our neighbors will appreciate it just as much as we do. "Vladimir did an outstanding job of cleaning the gutters on my 3 story house which is surrounded by trees on two sides and the gutters are double because of the eaves on the second floor. He cleaned the downspouts and had to take a couple of them down to clean out properly. He arrived on time for the estimate and on the day of the job. Was very careful about protecting the gutters from his ladder which has been a problem with other companies in the past. I highly recommend this company for any work you need done!"
