It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. They came and did the work when I wasn't here so I didn't see it being done but they fixed my problem so I thought that was good. I paid more than the Big Deal because I had more gutters than what they allowed for. I would like to have had service provided for the amount that I paid and I would like to have been home when they did the work. I have nothing to compare their price with but I was a little ticked off that I had to pay more because my gutter was more than what they covered. It seems like it took them a while to call me back and they said they were busy. They were professional. I'll use them again if I had a gutter that's not doing what it's supposed to do.

I really didn’t think that they did that good of job. I feel like it didn’t look much better than what I could have done myself. They tried to do clean up, but I had to redo the entire cleanup on the kitchen counters and the bathroom shower. The bathroom floor was wet because they had taken off the shower door. I also found a cigarette butt in my drive way. The next time I used the shower one of the doors literally shattered in my hand. I wasn’t hurt it was just a startling experience. It all went into the bathtub and I was fine. I don’t know if it was there fault, but I would not use them again. Everyone else that I have had has been very professional, clean, and made sure all my questions were answered. It felt like they were in a hurry to just get the job done.

Scheduling was a breeze. I was not at home when the work took place. I arrived home to find a note stating that the work had been completed as previously agreed. Attached to the note was a recommendation that the gutters on my home were in need of "repair or replacement." The recommendation was on a check box form. As my house is only 3 years old I was quite concerned. When I called seeking further information about what was wrong with the gutters the office had already closed for the day. I reached someone the following day who stated that the recommendation was that my gutters be upgraded to a larger size. There was nothing in need of repair. Later that week I received a letter in the mail urging me to call the office for a price quote on replacing the gutters. I had another contractor take a look at the gutters. The second contractor - who himself could have made lots of money replacing the gutters - is of the opinion that larger gutters would be of no benefit whatsoever to my home. I'm not a fan of the hard upsell under any circumstances, but something about the way Homemasters handled this made it seem underhanded as well as pushy. The work they did for me was fine as far as I have been able to see but I will not be recommend them to anyone, and I have already contracted with another company for my next gutter cleaning service.

He did a fine job. I thought it was kind of strange that he wouldn't do the entire duplex, since together we are about the same as a house (2400 sq feet with both sides of the duplex). But he would've charged double and my neighbor wasn't going for it. So he did my half for $99, which is still a good deal, in my opinion.
It went great.
They were very  nice and super competent and worked fast. They showed up 1/2 hour late and left 1/2 hour early was the only negative.
The experience with Homemasters was good. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They are on time, they do the work as they say and they are reliable.
They were fantastic. They've been to my house several times and they just come out and do what they say they're going to do. They try to up sell you, but I don't bite. They are qualified people who do good work. They wanted me to buy whole new gutters. When they first came out they sized up what I had and what I needed. They then said they'd call and be back on a certain day. They showed up at the right time and they cleaned the gutters, but they came back with an estimate on what it would take to replace the gutters. Everything went fantastically when he was here.

The workers were on time and a supervisor was here most of the time they were working. I asked that they stay away from the skylights in my kitchen as a previous time, with another company, they had "power washed" around those skylights and water came through onto an antique desk, ruining it and the floor was soaked. The worker told me that "some" water seepage always comes through; I wanted them to keep the washer away from there, completely. Could have been done by hand and I'd have paid extra for that. When they were through, I walked around and looked, with the supervisor present, and noticed the water seepage on the ceiling around the skylights and on the floor. Then, I went outside and some of the paint on the underside of the gutters was gone and I mentioned that to the supervisor and he didn't say a thing. I will be looking for someone else to do the work in the future. I recommended them to the neighbors whose experience with this company was worse by far than mine; but, that's their report to make and not mine.
