"Dave and his crew actually did five projects for us. They replaced and re-framed the wood center post in a two car garage, replaced four rows of old, water damaged siding on the back of the house, replaced several boards of deck flooring, sealed the underside of a large deck and filled and sealed some minor cracks in the foundation. Dave and his crew had to re-engineer the center post. The siding was no longer made so Dave had to work with a manufacturer to fabricate new siding for us. Dave and his crew are very professional, courteous, and extremely talented. The did outstanding work, on-time, and we are totally pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Our yard then fell into general disrepair and without the additional work completed. We had originally contacted Green Forest Landscape when we were considering listing our home to help us clean up our front and back yard. We didnâ t end up listing but hired them a few weeks later anyway. We are so glad we did! Their price was reasonable and the work looks great. They laid mulch, weeded, leveled out part of our yard, hauled away junk and more in just a few hours. They even went above and beyond what we had discussed! "I hired this company to wash the front and back of my 3-level townhouse and my second story deck made of composite wood. They did an excellent job, They were professional, efficient, and tidy. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend this company."

"We hired Jose last summer (2025) to remove some flag stones in the back yard and move them to the front walkway as well as put in a 16x14' concrete slab in the back yard. We interviewed 4 other contractors but he was the only one that gave us ideas on how to make it better than I could have imagined! What originally started as a single concrete slab in the back yard turned into a show piece walkway in the front yard and a back yard patio that was nice enough to add a gazebo! You would think that with all the extra add ons it would have been way over budget but it ended up costing much less than all the other quotes! We are looking at having Jose put in a new 28'x28' slab in the other side of the yard for a possible basketball hoop or, gosh, anything. I really recommend this company. They rebuilt our rock wall that was falling down in the front of our house, added to our rock walls in the back, added nice landscaping features, hardscaped the paths from front to back, fixed some fencing, did some heavy landscaping, moved dirt where they removed it to other parts of our yard that needed more dirt, shored up our concrete driveway and installed a rain-sense sprinkler system.
