The bid was higher than some but I liked this gentlemans style so I texted back stating he was a bit high but I liked his professional personality and how he approached details and questions. After reviewing the quotes again, I noticed that his quote was also for more square footage of fencing than other quotes as after a windstorm, 3 portions of my old fence fell down in between quotes. He wanted to work with me so he said he would check with a different material outlet and get back with me. I liked his second bid so we both agreed and I am very happy with my beautiful fence! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in a fence or any other home projects as they are extremely nice people to do business with! I had my home for sale so the gentleman said that he would be happy to review the inspection report, as he has seen many inspection reports in his business, and if he could help with repairs he would be happy to. "My old fence finally lost out to time and needed replaced. This was not a small project as it involved almost 250 feet of fence and a retainment wall. I contacted three contractors and received bids for the work. Superior Home Custom Remodeling's bid was the best price of all three and he included a third rail on the fence for strength and included metal fence posts that the others did not. We scheduled the job and Ismael the owner and general contractor showed up with his crew. They quickly removed the old fencing and put in the new fence in just a few days. Being surrounded by three different neighbors with animals Ismael did the work in sections so the fence was only down for a short period of time before being replaced. The fencing material was all top quality cedar and the run of the fence was done professionally. The crew worked around our plants and shrubs and kept the work area clean and tidy. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing fence work or home remodeling."
