As far as I can recall they did a fine job. I would recommend them. I wouldn't have any problem doing so. I would say based on what they did in 2011. They cleaned the gutters and did what thy were suppose to and didn't hit us with any additional charges. I don't have any complaints.

Amazingly easy. Homemasters contacted me very quickly and we scheduled a future date for installation. Unfortunately, that date was very stormy, so we agreed to postpone for a few more days. Communication with the Homemasters team was very good. Their actual roof installers were very polite and did a good job with cleanup.

Two guys came for the service and they were easy to communicate with. They arrived when they said they would. It was a windy day so the way they disposed some of the debris had safety in mind which was great. When they were up on our roof they informed us of the shape of our roof which was helpful. We were very happy with the service they performed.

The service was fine. They did the work that I requested. They did a good job. My only concern was that it took them a while to come out after I purchased the service on Angie's List.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. It was convenient for this first year that we own the house to pay somebody to clean it. We just had an inspection and they said the roof had another 10 years on it. But the guys who were up there noticed that the roof did not have an extra 10 years on it. They said we needed a new roof. So we had to get more advice and had roofers out here who told us that we did need a new roof. So they identified the fact that we did need a new roof. They did a good job cleaning the gutters, but we did not go with them for the new roof. I had a rough time getting hold of them for scheduling because they use an answering service if they are not in the office and it is really hard to get a reply from the actual workers of the company. They are hard to get in touch with. They did what I paid them to do and it was great. I thought it was a decent price.
