The work was done on 12/15/11.  We did not feel like they adequately cleaned the roof so we asked them to come back and re-do some areas on the garage.  James and another gentleman came and met with us. At that time, we were informed that the coupon wasn't for a roof cleaning but roof maintenance.  When I showed them the coupon that said it was roof cleaning, they said that Angie's List created that language and they didn't have any control over it.  It was a rather unpleasant conversation.  In the end, James said he would go back on the roof to fix our problems and he put some additional zinc oxide on the roof.  In the end, the job met our expectations but it wasn't a good experience.

Front end person (shceduler) did a poor job communicatting with customer. Once job was scheduled, went well. There is a pattern to these special offers made by vendors. They are overwhelmed, and have a problem with the volume. I will not purchase any Angies List special offers again.

They came out and installed the rain barrell in the fall of 2011.  In the spring of 2012 I went to use the rain barrel, but due to the slope and position of the barrell it was in effective for watering my garden area.  I called them about this and they said they would have some one call me about arranginga time to take a look.  A time was set up and no one ever showed or called to reset the date.  The rain barrel is still ineffective.  It needs to be on a high stand.  I felt ripped off by this company and would likely not use them again.

Good job cleaning roof, but I had to call them back out to clean debris blown from roof out of pond and off pathway.  I was not home when service was performed.  They were very responsive to returning and wanted to make sure we were pleased.  Do make them aware of anything that needs to be protected or covered prior to work.  Recommend being present to inspect work before they leave.

When I called to schedule an appt they were responsive, polite and helpful. The got me an appt within 5 business days. The guys that came were polite, fast and efficient... and extremely clean. You wouldn't even have know they were here if I hadn't been here while they were working. I would recommend this company (and will use them again myself).

I made an appointment to have the roof & gutters cleaned.  At the time of the appointment. Leo called to say they would be a little late because the pouring rain was slowing the work.  They were only about 30 minutes late but I really appreciated the call having had trouble in the past with other companies that just don't show up or come so late, I have already left the house. This roof hadn't been cleaned in years and the gutters were beginning to have enough in them to grow grass.  Leo and his partner went right to work and did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters, including cleaning up the debris on the ground and blowing it off the porch.  I was very pleased with the polite, hardworking team that did such a good job
