As an Angie's list deal, they batched the appointments by area and scheduled them together. The appointment was made for the very near future, and I didn't have to be home for it. The work was done while I was at work. When the next rain storms came, the gutters drained-off the water away very well! I got a call afterwards to be sure I was happy with the work that was done.

I wasn't here when they did it.

Vendor came early & didn't call. They were done & gone, so won't know until next heavy rain storm about results. Only one side of the house was clogged. They made a couple follow-up calls after the appointment.

I'm sure a good gutter cleaning was done. But now I have no gutter guards, and I don't have a ladder high enough to put them back myself.

I responded to a coupon offered on Angie's List. They responded right away when I called to make an appointment and called back with a date. Workers arrived exactly when they said, polite and worked quickly. The only thing I would have liked them to do was to clean up the gutter debris off the ground but overall the service was very good.

Homemasters did an excellent job overall. Our gutters are functioning beautifully, and the gutters, siding and roof look lovely. They were professional, courteous and on-time. We have a cedar shake roof that is about 18 years old, and they made the necessary repairs and treatments to keep it going for another year or two. The roof, however, will need to be replaced soon, and we will definitely hire Homemasters for that job as well, within the next year or two.

Initial bid was high, but with a few changes and a bit of negotiating we decided to go with this company. Their bidding was thorough, and they were eager to do a quality job and not ask for disclaimers for any property damages. They arrived and left exactly when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of each day and had us approve of the finished job before being paid. The roof looks great and we would definitely hire them again.

Returned call promptly. Arrived on time, as promised. Worked fast and did good job.

I bought the Angie's List special for gutter cleaning. A week or more later someone called to schedule the cleaning. I didn't need to be home when it was performed (I wasn't). They came, cleaned the gutters, and left. That was it. They did a good job from what I could tell.
