It was a Big Deal purchase. It was quite a while ago but they did a good job. They did honor the Big Deal price. They were great. It didn't take very long and they said, "This took so little time. Why don't we go ahead and do your garage?" It was just a small garage but they hopped up and did that and it we were just fine. They cleaned up. They were on time. Everything was great. I have decided to choose them because I thought it was time to have my gutters cleaned and it was a deal. It seemed like a fine price for what they did.

The lead guy and his helper showed up on time and did great work to replace a section of rotting siding. There was enough time left over to replace a couple rotting boards on the south side of the house. The fact that I had a few different-sized projects lined up helped me to fill the half day of work yet stay within the allotted $349 budget. My original plan to replace a larger section of siding fell apart when we realized the job could not be completed in a half day. (That's fine if you are ready to pay for more time, but in my case I was not.) Another key to keeping costs down is to have all needed materials (e.g., siding, fasteners, caulk, paint, etc.) ready to go, or at least be available to make a run for additional materials while the work gets started. In other words, plan ahead to use the workers' time most efficiently. I was happy with the results and the workmen were professional and easy to get along with.
