Came to do gutters and roof. I had windows done by same company which were perfect. Unfortunately, there were small parts of the job that weren't done perfectly on the gutters and roof. The technician offered to call the office. He did. Karen was willing to send out a second person to consult. They discussed the solutions. The 2nd tech was able to complete the job to perfection. The job was handled professionally, they did a good job at a reasonable price.

One of my gutters pulled away from the house and half of it was hanging off due to built up sediment and loose nails. I called on a Saturday when it happened, and they came out the following Wednesday to give an estimate for the repairs. The first impressions were great, because they had the estimate ready to go before I even got there for the appointment time. I also decided to add a full gutter cleaning along with replacing the broken gutter. The guy who gave the estimate said it usually takes about 7-10 days to come out and fix it, but they would call me to confirm the appointment within a day or two.  When they finally called back with the appointment time a day or two later they said they couldn't get out for over 3 weeks. When they did come out to fix the gutter, they did a splendid job on rearing the gutter, but didn't clean the gutters at all. I figured maybe another crew would come out the next day or two and clean the gutters, but I didn't get a chance to check because we had to head out of town for the holidays. When I got back I checked the gutters again and they were in the same condition as they were before I left. So I called up Homemasters and complained. They were very responsive to the complaint and sent James Roberts out to take a look. He apologized for not cleaning the gutters and said a new crew would come out and clean them. He also mentioned that I should do the VIP upgrade to help control the moss on my roof. I agreed. That same day a crew came out and cleaned the gutters on the front, and the second story, but after they left I did a walk around and checked the gutters on the first floor of the back of the house and they weren't event touched. It didn't seven seem as the crew bothered to walk around the house and see if there were gutters. I wrote an email to James Roberts detailing my concerns about the lack of quality and asking for more info about the VIP treatment. I wanted to know if there was any way I could confirm it was completed, since I had bad luck with work being completed by Homemasters before.  He never wrote back so I called them up and complained. The man on the phone was helpful, but made excuses that they crew probably cleaned the gutters from the roof, and didn't see the back gutters. Also I got some more info about the VIP upgrade for the roof treatment. It should take about a month or two to start working. I have my suspicions that they might not have even applied it, but I will see if it works in a month or so and call back and let them know. I liked working with Homemasters and had high hopes, but so far I have been disappointed by the lack of quality and timeliness. Hopefully others had a better experience than I did.

I started with gutter cleaning deal. I called to let them know they had left spigots on. The attitude of thewoman I spoke with made me try them on closing up and insulating a shed. Also ended up roofing it. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the speed. So I ending up getting my house roof done. I got the presentation on the roofs they do and was impressed with the owner Dick and what he had to say. The roof looks great and I watched them doing every step just like Dick presented. I will use HomeMasters again.

I really don't know if my gutters were cleaned or not but I'm assuming they were. I haven't been up to check but the work was done so quickly that I was surprised.

I needed the gutters cleaned so I called and made an appointment for about 10 days out, which was fine. I received a call on the scheduled day that they were running a little behind, which was acceptable, and I appreciated the notice. The service was performed, a note left on my door and a sign placed in my front yard, which sort of bugged me - did I say it was ok to advertise in my yard? I don't know, but I let it pass. Obviously I did not attempt to inspect my gutters, but numerous rainy days since have not revealed any problems, so it appears that the job was performed well. The note on my door also stated my roof needed maintenance, I don't know what that means exactly but I will pursue that at a later date.

Telephone staff was very professional and personable. The work was performed on time and with much attention to keeping my plants protected and they also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

My experience was good. The date they set when I called was a longer wait time than I had expected, but it is the busy time of year for this type of service, so I was not too disappointed. The scheduled time was between 1:00pm and 5:00pm and they arrived early, around 11:30am or noon, which was ok, but I had other workers here at the time and it caused a bit of a parking conflict, though it was minor and everyone was accommodating. They workers were very professional and very fast. They did a great job and cleaned up well around the house, which I really appreciated. They answered questions for me and brought my attention to areas that were in disrepair and would need fixing soon, which I also appreciated. The only thing that I could remotely register as a complaint, and it is not even that, is that one of the workers had his dog with him, which is fine, but I have a fear of dogs and when I came outside to greet them, I was startled by the dog in my yard. I would have preferred if the dog had been left in the van until I had been altered to its presence. I would not have minded it being out as long as I knew it was there. Other than that, it was a bang up job. I even received a follow up call from their offices to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have used Home Masters in the past and used them again for a reason, and will continue to do so in the future. Great company.
