Write a ReviewIt  had been a rainy morning, so the gutters had water in them. Leopoldo and his assistant took buckets and a leaf blower up on the roof, and unclogged the downspouts. Then they blew the leaves out of the gutters with a leaf blower - a practice that was new to me. The assistant left a small pile of leaves about three feet up one of the roof gullys. I asked Leopoldo about it, and he said the assistant was new and then something to the effect that they don't clean roofs, just gutters, but he would remove the leaves if I wanted him to do it. I said there was no point in their going up there again for a small bunch of leaves.  My experience is that if someone is cleaning leaves out of gutters, they also check the rest of the roof for any they have missed. They were here for approximately 20 minutes total. Imagine what the regular hourly rate must be, even including trip time.

I was very happy them. They suggested I needed gutter covers. About two weeks or so after cleaning them out, they were full again. They didn’t try to push me into purchasing them though. The man who was out was very professional & cordial. I was really impressed with the fact he didn’t try to push me.

They were supposed to clean the roof, remove all moss,and clean the gutters. Not all the gutters were 100% cleaned out and there was still moss in certain areas. I called them after the service and they said that the moss was all killed and that it would eventually just fall off. Well it didn't. I don't know if my expectations were too high since I'd never had it done before, but I was expecting the roof to look nearly new again since it is a less than

I was not very impressed. They completed everything when I was at work and they missed one gutter section. They also applied moss powder stuff under roof awning so the rain did not come in contact with it. I had to go up on roof in the summer and brush it off becuase it looked bad.

Overall the roof cleaning service went well. Â The only complaints were that the service person came quite a bit later than scheduled, and my neighbors did complain about the debris from the roof cleaning getting on their property. Â However, the service person did a good job of cleaning up the debris, and did a good job of cleaning and treating the roof.

I purchased the coupon. I called to set the appointment. They called ahead to remind me of the date. They did the job quickly, efficeintly and professionally. They had my gutters running smooth when they left.

We attempted to remove the orginal gutter to do some repairs to the facia board underneath. There was some dry rot at the corner that we were able to dig out and fill in with wood epoxy. We had a difficult time removing the original gutter resulting in the gutter being too damaged to reuse. At that point we called Homemasters to install a new gutter for us. They were able to match the original gutter and schedule and appointment for us in within week during the busy summer season. Their crew showed up promptly and finished the job in less than an hour. The replacement gutter was of a better quality than the original. We are very pleased.

They responded quickly to our request to schedule an appointment. The appointment for the job was only scheduled a week out. The worker arrived on time, did a great job including cleaning the gutters and cleaned up the ground afterwards. Couldn't have asked for better. We were extremely pleased and will hire them again when we need something in the future.Â
